Krishnaraj sir, thanks a lot for this valuable video. I had been watching your videos and studying your content since past three years regarding loopholes in redevelopment and how the builders loot the people by forgery of documentations. My family had been to Runwal a few days back. We stay in Bombay Ghatkopar East. People put our hard earned money to live in a township far from the city chaos. We were one of them. My parents were happy but i was not satisfied because i was already aware that all that glitters is not Gold. I surveyed Runwal alone without letting my parents know about it, and i interacted with several executives who claim to have the best closing managers with attractive offers.. I actually booked my visits with two different names in Runwal for double check.. While surveying two times both the visits were completely different from each other, though i saw the same things twice but i was just observing them how disloyal the representatives are in terms of possession dates and majorly the price factor. None of the representatives showed me the actual flat which I was planning to buy. They rather took me to a different phase and said your actual flat will be somewhat like this but the view will be different and all. Nobody was clear over there so i was convinced that there is no transperancy in their pitching.
Just a brainwashing video about their project they will show in the amphitheatre to lure the customers. But they are masters in using words in terms and conditions section which an ordinary man doesn't understand. There's always deceiving policies mentioned in such applications which doesn't let you understand the actual consequence hidden behind, and we blindly fill and sign it.
Secondly, the Sanitary fittings which they promise is Jaguar to all flats. But when i surveyed i got to know that not every resident has got the same jaguar fittings and those are only available for 3bhk flats. Thirdly the central park is not private but it's public. There has also been a decline in the trajectory of their sales from 2021 to present 2022. A 15.4% depreciation in one year. And now i know why the decline took place. They promised honey.. but All these factors were enough for me to think twice before putting my hands in their hive. After a disappointing day I came home and researched for people who posted similar experiences online and i came across your video. And then I projected all my informations along with your videos to my parents. They were disheartened because they had loved the place but we are very thankful that you have been taking initiative when no other dares to put that much of energy for such kind of awareness.
