Sir I lost lakhs in commissions to such fraud agents would like to share my story with you so that buyers can be made aware... agents had hidden information before the deal that the property didn't have any water supply from municipal corporation and water was not there in property and even the construction quality of flat was so bad that rain water started leaking in first year of use of flat.... I know there are legal remedies for that but even the judicial process is so slow what should be done now? Thank God my loss was reduced since it was a rental flat...imagine the plight of buyers who bought such property
